DANCE LIGHT – 45 minutes 9.45am – 10.30am

This 45 minute class is a stripped back exercise class, perfect for beginners, those returning to exercise or those who just prefer a more gentle pace of exercise! With easy to follow choreography and uplifting music, it is a super fun way to keep your body active and lift your spirits.

CLUBBERCISE – 45 minutes 11am – 11.45am

Clubbercise is the fastest growing dance exercise class worldwide. This class is suitable for all fitness levels as there are 3 level options to choose from so you can go as easy or as hard as you like! With a fabulous soundtrack, easy to follow choreography and glowsticks at the ready, this class is social, uplifting – and so much fun you don’t even realise you’re doing a full body workout!

PRICES

All classes are priced at £5.50 per class (£4.50 per class for members of Clubbercise Scarborough with Haley, or Scarborough Indoor Bowls Centre members) and are payable on the door.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please make sure to wear suitable clothing and trainers to each class and have a drink with you. Glowsticks can be hired at 50p per class or purchased to keep at just £5 per pair (reusable) through Clair (Instructor)

CAFE

We are delighted to announce that the cafe will be open for refreshments including tea, coffee, water bottles and light snacks. Please feel free to join me in the cafe between classes for a brew and a natter – and if you’ve worked particularly hard, perhaps even cake?!
